Get out the datebook – you want to write this one down. We’re cooking up a night of farm-to-table goodness with our friends at Community Beer Works. And you are invited. Five courses. Five beers. Many more memories and friends. Upstairs in our private RISERVA event space.
Enjoy five courses. Dinner is at 6:00pm. Tickets are $55 for All-inclusive dinner.
1st – Beer Battered Tempura Veggies with a Malt Aioli paired with Let’s go Pils
2nd – Plated- Mussels cooked in Bang A Uye with pancetta and fennel served with Bang a ‘Uey’!
3rd – Pasta- Malt Pasta ravioli stuffed with acorn squash and caramelized shallots and topped with a mushroom brown butter sauce paired with That IPA
4th – Local Erba Verde -Spiced rubbed split chicken served family style with Flat 12 mushrooms and charred scallion paired with Frank
5th – Tiramisu with The Whale soaked lady fingers served with The Whale
